How to get your Facebook Marketplace data
Facebook doesn't have a simple “download sales CSV” button — but you can get your data through your account settings. Here's exactly how.
Open Facebook Settings
Go to facebook.com → click your profile photo (top right) → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Your Facebook Information
In the left sidebar, click "Your Facebook Information" → then click "Download Your Information."
Select Marketplace data
Choose "Specific types of information." Search for "Marketplace" and check the box. Set format to JSON or HTML — either works.
Set your date range
Choose the date range you want (e.g., this tax year). Click "Request a download." Facebook will email you when it's ready — usually within minutes to a few hours.

Once Facebook emails you the download link, download the file. Then open the Taxero CSV template below, copy your Marketplace sale data into it, and upload.
